Case Managers The Case Manager will work with the Survivor Care team to provide case management to individuals who have experienced sex trafficking and/or sexual exploitation.
Provide case management (goal setting, employment and education planning, skills-development workshops, and personal support) Fight4Freedom clientele.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop support plans with clientele to help them build toward their long-term success.
Identify and build partnerships with local housing providers and other service providers
Work with partners in the area of survivor ministry and work with the staff and volunteer team to further develop new and existing ministry areas.
Experience in case management or client support is essential.
Safe House Manager The Housing Manager will oversee the daily operations of Fight4Freedom’s Safe House, ensuring it is a safe, stable, and empowering environment for survivors. This role combines property management with trauma-informed care coordination, leading a team to support residents in their recovery and reintegration journey. Facility & Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Safe House, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to occupancy regulations.
Manage house maintenance and repairs in coordination with contractors and vendors.
Maintain an organized system for inventory, supplies, and budget tracking.
Enforce house rules, policies, and schedules to promote communal harmony.
Resident Care & Support
Collaborate with the Survivor Care team to develop and monitor individualized support plans for residents.
Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support as needed.
Foster a supportive and trauma-informed atmosphere aligned with Fight4Freedom’s values.
Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs, and orientation processes.
Staff Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and support housing staff, volunteers, and interns assigned to the Safe House.
Provide regular team check-ins, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Facilitate ongoing training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and community living practices.
Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain accurate and confidential resident files and house records. Work closely with community partners, case managers, and outreach workers to ensure wrap-around support.
Submit monthly reports to the Director of Survivor Care, including updates on residents, incidents, and maintenance needs
Safe House Staff Safe House Staff will play a vital role in creating a supportive, safe, and structured environment for residents of Fight4Freedom’s Safe House. This position combines direct client support with daily house operations, ensuring trauma-informed care and compliance with house guidelines. Staff will serve as positive role models, maintain safety, and assist residents in their recovery journey. Resident Support
Provide a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for all residents.
Build healthy relationships using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
Support residents in daily routines, including meal preparation, chores, and transportation when needed.
Respond calmly and effectively to crises or conflicts, following established protocols.
Monitor residents’ well-being and report concerns promptly to the Housing Manager.
House Operations
Ensure the Safe House is clean, organized, and well-maintained during shifts.
Document shift notes, incidents, and resident updates accurately and confidentially.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of essential supplies.
Enforce house policies and boundaries with consistency and compassion.
Safety & Compliance
Conduct regular security checks and maintain the confidentiality of the Safe House location.
Adhere to all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Handle incidents in alignment with organizational policies and trauma-informed practices.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with the Housing Manager and other staff about resident needs and house updates.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to strengthen skills and ensure best practices.
