Outreach Development

Outreach Development Assistant
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of front line outreach experience with marginalized individuals
  • Have a minimum of  1 year of management experience in a related field
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and critically analyzing administrative and organizational structure
  • Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with people and in articulating the importance of outreach efforts
  • Assist the Outreach Development Director in identifying outreach needs and develop responses to meet those needs
  • Work in collaboration with other departments as required
  • Lead strategic engagements with existing and potential local and international partners and non-profit organizations
  • Be adaptable and creative while evaluative, modifying, and improving existing outreach efforts in the face of new circumstances, evolving priorities, and resources constraints
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able and willing to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekend days
  • Must hold a valid G level driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Advocacy Coordinator for Men
  • Designing materials for speaking engagements to a primarily male audience
  • Highlighting the dangers and trends of sex trafficking and pornography
  • Researching the current statistics regarding sex trafficking in Canada as well as the link between pornography and trafficking
  • Creating a link between churches, non-profits, businesses, schools, and the work of Fight4Freedom
  • Implement small group materials for men struggling with pornography addiction
  • Assist the Outreach Development Director in identifying outreach needs and develop responses to meet those needs

Outreach Research Manager
  • Research and make proposals for new areas of outreach and programs according to the trend of sex trafficking and the sex industry
  • ​Working with the Outreach Development Director, staff team and volunteer team to see how to continue reaching new areas of existing outreach in different regions
  • Research and make proposals with the Partnership Coordinator for F4F to expand into new regions, locally and overseas
  • ​Research and creating strategies with the Regional Representatives for engaging potential volunteers in their overseeing regions

Outreach Ministry Coordinator
  • Working with our Online Ministry (OM) partner, The Lantern Project, for ongoing support and communications of Freedom Signal, the OM outreach platform.
  • Researching additional online outreach opportunities and strategies.
  • Creating strategies for engaging volunteers in online outreach, including ongoing recruiting, training and support of volunteers.
  • Assisting in rehabilitation programming of survivors coming out of the industry alongside with the survivor care department.
  • Working with partners in the area of ministry development.
  • Updating and Creating safety plans for outreach opportunities.
  • Working with the staff team and volunteer team to see how to continue reaching new population group within the online ministry area.

Outreach Development Manager

  • Oversee pilot and potential outreach ministries
  • updating training materials and outreach resources with the support of the Outreach Research Manager and/or Outreach Development Assistant
  • Lead strategic engagements with existing and potential local and international partners and non-profit organizations
  • Be adaptable and creative while evaluative, modifying, and improving existing outreach efforts in the face of new circumstances, evolving priorities, and resources constraints
  • Work in collaboration with other departments as required
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
