Working with our Online Ministry (OM) partner, The Lantern Project, for ongoing support and communications of Freedom Signal, the OM outreach platform.
Researching additional online outreach opportunities and strategies.
Creating strategies for engaging volunteers in online outreach, including ongoing recruiting, training and support of volunteers.
Assisting in rehabilitation programming of survivors coming out of the industry alongside with the survivor care department.
Working with partners in the area of ministry development.
Updating and Creating safety plans for outreach opportunities.
Working with the staff team and volunteer team to see how to continue reaching new population group within the online ministry area.
Outreach Development Manager
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of front line outreach experience with marginalized individuals
Have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in a related field
Experience in creating, maintaining, and critically analyzing administrative and organizational structure
Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with people and in articulating the importance of outreach efforts
Identify outreach needs and develop responses to meet those needs
Oversee pilot and potential outreach ministries
updating training materials and outreach resources with the support of the Outreach Research Manager and/or Outreach Development Assistant
Lead strategic engagements with existing and potential local and international partners and non-profit organizations
Be adaptable and creative while evaluative, modifying, and improving existing outreach efforts in the face of new circumstances, evolving priorities, and resources constraints
Work in collaboration with other departments as required
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Able and willing to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekend days
Must hold a valid G level driver's license and have access to a vehicle
