Outreach Ministry Coordinator
- Working with our Online Ministry (OM) partner, The Lantern Project, for ongoing support and communications of Freedom Signal, the OM outreach platform.
- Researching additional online outreach opportunities and strategies.
- Creating strategies for engaging volunteers in online outreach, including ongoing recruiting, training and support of volunteers.
- Assisting in rehabilitation programming of survivors coming out of the industry alongside with the survivor care department.
- Working with partners in the area of ministry development.
- Updating and Creating safety plans for outreach opportunities.
- Working with the staff team and volunteer team to see how to continue reaching new population group within the online ministry area.
Outreach Development Manager
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of front line outreach experience with marginalized individuals
- Have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in a related field
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and critically analyzing administrative and organizational structure
- Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with people and in articulating the importance of outreach efforts
- Identify outreach needs and develop responses to meet those needs
- Oversee pilot and potential outreach ministries
- updating training materials and outreach resources with the support of the Outreach Research Manager and/or Outreach Development Assistant
- Lead strategic engagements with existing and potential local and international partners and non-profit organizations
- Be adaptable and creative while evaluative, modifying, and improving existing outreach efforts in the face of new circumstances, evolving priorities, and resources constraints
- Work in collaboration with other departments as required
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able and willing to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekend days
- Must hold a valid G level driver's license and have access to a vehicle
