Have a minimum of 3-5 years of direct ministry experience with marginalized individuals
Have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in a related field
Experience in creating, maintaining, and critically analyzing administrative and organizational structure
Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with people and in articulating the importance of outreach ministry
Assist the Ministry Director in identifying outreach needs and develop responses to meet those needs
Work in collaboration with other departments as required
Lead strategic engagements with existing and potential ministry partners and non-profit organizations
Be adaptable and creative while evaluative, modifying, and improving existing ministry efforts in the face of new circumstances, evolving priorities, and resources constraints
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Able and willing to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekend days
Must hold a valid G level driver's license and have access to a vehicle
Advocacy Coordinator for Men
Designing materials for speaking engagements to a primarily male audience
Highlighting the dangers and trends of sex trafficking and pornography
Researching the current statistics regarding sex trafficking in Canada as well as the link between pornography and trafficking
Creating a link between churches, ministries, businesses, schools, and the work of Fight4Freedom
Implement small group materials for men struggling with pornography addiction
Ministry Research Manager
Research and make proposals for new areas of outreach and ministry according to the trend of sex trafficking and the sex industry
Working with the Ministry Director, staff team and volunteer team to see how to continue reaching new areas of existing ministries in different regions
Research and make proposals with the Partnership Manager for F4F to expand into new regions, locally or overseas
Research and creating strategies with the Regional Representatives for engaging potential volunteers
Partnership Coordinator
Maintain open and fluid communication with our existing partners
Working with parachurch and church contacts alongside with the Regional Representatives to develop collaboration
Arranging partners appreciation events or initiatives
Work with services and organizations contacts alongside with the Survivor Care Department to maintain and develop the F4F survivor care resource database
Network with local, regional, provincial and national agencies; educational institutions; non profit organizations; and private sector business interests for partnership development in coordination with the Canadian Director
Coordinating and participating activities of partnership e.g. coalition group
Evaluate availability and quality of partnership commitments
