- Assist in the creation of graphic design elements for website or IT areas
- Assist in the creation of graphic design elements for communications amongst teams
- Assist in the creation of graphic design elements for events
- Assist in the creation of graphic design elements for promotion and fundraising for donor relations
- Work with the communications team to grow the department
Photography Coordinator
- Come up with a vision for key photography needs
- Use photography to tell stories of staff and volunteers
- Work with the communications team in releasing photography for campaigns and newsletters
- Work with the creative team in coming up with peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, using photography for social media
- Work with the communications team on various projects
Communications Coordinator
- Create and distribute weekly emails
- Create and distritbute monthly newsletters
- Create special newsletters for key events
- Occasionally working with various social media platforms
- Other tasks communications related to help other departments
Creative Coordinator
- Oversee all aspects of the creative department
- Create campaigns and visual awareness content for social media
- Collaborate with other departments and assist in whatever creative needs they may need
- Oversee all social media content
