Executive Assistant to the Education Director
- Partner with education director to meet deadlines and scheduled commitments
- Take notes on behalf of the director during meetings
- Organize meetings on behalf of the director
- Brainstorm and execute administrative solutions to problems that arise
- Manage day-to-day duties and maintenance
- Research and utilize data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors and committees
- Prepare internal and external organizational documents for team members and partners
